By Betty Bassett "Feel lightness and length of the spine. Give yourself a moment to just settle and be comfortable. Give yourself permission to be right here, right now. Be present in this moment just as you are. Sometimes life moves at a fast pace. Some we disappoint ourselves or circumstances disappoint us. We might feel frustrated or annoyed. Look for patience. Release the frustration. Experience being in the present moment and release the feeling. Find the patience that is within you. Bring your awareness to your skin. Notice the feel of the air. How does it feel as it makes contact with your skin? Bring stillness to your body. Let go of anything aggressive and just relaxation. Begin with the feet. Bring awareness to the soles of your feet and then to the tops of your feet. Begin to relax. Allow your ankles to soften. Feel your lower legs and then your upper legs becoming heavy.
