There is a place inside you with compassion. With every breath you take, that part of you grows. Our day is often focused on thinking and being rational so let that fall away for a minute. Keep compassion at your center. Your heart has its reasons that it doesn’t know of. Let your mind settle and set your reasoning aside. Feel the weight of your hand. Bring stillness and serenity to the mind. Become aware of your toes, feet, ankles, lower legs, upper legs, your pelvis, abdomen, chest, and your back. Become aware of your shoulders, arms, neck, the jaw, face, forehead. Notice your entire body. Allow yourself to feel relaxed and at ease. Observe your breath in and your breath out. Be aware as you inhale...as you exhale… As your mind starts to wander off, gently bring it back to the breath. Notice...
